We had the opportunity to cook for Mennonite Central Committee Canada this weekend. It was a lot of fun. They are appreciative eaters.

Someone there said, "I end up at a lot of these kinds of things, because of my job. When I tell people about what you do, I say that it is real food.

That is just about the best compliment you could give us, I think. It's what we're aiming for: real food, not processed, not chemically altered, not prepared and bagged and washed and ready to go from 2000 km away. Not made with "essence of" or "flavoured with," but real.
Real food for real people.

Cooking is such an art which not only make you happy or earns you appreciation but also can counter your appetite in a very delicious manner. This is such an wonderful instinct that can make you creative day by day.
