I made my favourite salad dressing for a friend. The whole family loved it on the lettuce, but her daughter was especially crazy about it. She put it on her ice cream the next day, and while I never thought of doing that myself, I can see how the slightly tarty strawberry would be incredible on some ice cream.
Might have to try it myself.
